Iโve just got back from Oslo, after taking part in an interesting meeting in Ferno Norden.
It was an event where different suppliers, including us, demonstrated their products to small groups of six Ferno Norden employees at a time.
What impressed me most about this company was the modern vision of management, in particular Dag Andre Gimle Johansen and Pierre Kรถrdel, who created a constructive event where every single employee, from the sales reps to the accounting dept, was involved.
This modern approach which involved everyone, creating team building, resulted in an enthusiastic group of competitive, prepared people willing to get their hands dirty.
During this event we organized a really interesting game for the participants. We divided the attendees in teams of six people, we taught them how to assemble the Tirol Kit and then we timed them with a stopwatchโฆ well, you wonโt believe the results!
Group number 3 with Anders Fernรธ, Ellinor Nordal Larsen and Dan Thomas Harila had never seen it before that moment and it took them only 1โ52โ. I’m still in shock that the winning group: Leif walter Bolkesjรธ Brandt, Svante Lagerlรถf, Trine Koch Gulbrandsen,Steinar Bรธhn,Jennie Scharff Mortensen only took โ57 seconds to assemble it, less than a minute!
As Dag Andre Gimle Johansen said, 2023 will be the year of opportunities, and we will be ready to support them throughout!
